Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is open to both new and existing affiliates who have been accepted as members of the Stars Affiliate Club Program. By opting into this promotion you agree to be bound by these promotion terms.

2. This promotion will be available for you to opt in between 6 November 2020 to 31 August 2021 (inclusive) unless terminated early in accordance with its terms (the “Promotion Period”).

3. From the day on which you opt into the promotion, and subject to your compliance with these terms, we will pay you 75% of the net revenue generated on Eligible PS Casino Sites (“Promotion Revenue Share Commission”) from each newly Qualified Stars Player you refer for a period of 90 calendar days (the “Promotion Term”). You shall not be entitled to receive any other Commission (including CPAs or Tenancy Fees) from a newly Qualified Stars Player’s use of any other of Our Sites (including products other than casino products) during the Promotion Term.

4. The promotion is only available in respect of the following PS Casino Sites: .eu, .com, .dk, .de, .uk, .se, .es, .it, .pt, .ro. (“Eligible PS Casino Sites”).

5. At the end of the Promotion Term you shall no longer be entitled to receive the Promotion Revenue Share Commission. Your right to receive Commission from newly Qualified Stars Players after the Promotion Term shall be determined in accordance with the Stars Affiliate Club Program Terms and Conditions

6. While we shall endeavour to give you prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel this promotion at any time with immediate effect and without prior notice. We reserve the right to amend these promotion terms with immediate effect on written notice to you.
